Refund Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your package was delivered unfortunately we will not offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or certain items (such as pacifiers) for hygienic reasons.
Exchange Policy
Once your return is reviewed and inspected we will send you an email and notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved then your exchange will be processed and a credit will be applied to your account.
Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping cost on your return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
